1. Find A Participating Hotel

Check the list on the Participating Hotels page to see which Stash Partners Hotels are offering $69 USD/$99 CAD network rates!

2. Book The Discounted Rate

Book using the links on the Participating Hotels page or book directly on the hotel’s website.

Depending on the hotel’s booking platform, the special code may need to be entered in the "Promo Code," "Discount Code," or "Rate Access Code" field.

3. Fill Out The Authorization Form

Fill out the Authorization Form. This protects participating hotels by making sure only hotel employees can book these ridiculously-low rates.

4. Print The Authorization Form And Have It Signed

After submitting the online Authorization Form, you’ll receive the printable authorization form via email. Be sure to print it and have your Manager sign it—don’t forget to add your own John Hancock too!

5. Present The Authorization Form In At Check-In

If you don’t bring the printed and signed Authorization Form and present it at check-in, you may be charged the BAR/RACK rate. Eeek!
