How It Works
1. Find a Participating Hotel
Visit the Participating Hotels page to see which Stash Partner Hotels are in the program and offering employees of other participating hotels discounted nightly rates of $69 USD or $99 CAD!
2. Book the Discounted Rate
Book your hotel of choice using the method indicated on the Participating Hotels page, either by clicking the provided link or by calling the hotel directly.
3. Complete the Authorization Form
Fill out the Authorization Form to verify that you work at a participating Stash Partner Hotel and are eligible to participate in the program.
4. Print and Sign the Authorization Form
After submitting the online Authorization Form, a completed copy will be sent to you via email. Be sure to print it and have your manager sign it. Don't forget to add your own John Hancock too!
5. Present the Authorization Form at Check-In
If you don't bring the printed and signed Authorization Form to present at check-in, you may be charged the base nightly rate. Eeek!
