The Stash Partner Employee Rates Program was created with our incredible Stash Partner Hotels to give employees of participating hotels access to exclusive nightly rates of $69 USD or $99 CAD at other participating locations. You work hard, and this is our way of helping you enjoy well-earned getaways in style!

Visit the Participating Hotels page to see which Stash Partner Hotels are part of the program and offering employees of other participating hotels nightly rates of $69 USD or $99 CAD!

1. Find a participating hotel on the Participating Hotels page.

2. Book your hotel of choice using the method indicated on the Participating Hotels page, either by clicking the provided link or by calling the hotel directly. Some links to hotels' booking pages may prompt you to enter the special Stash Partner Employee Rate code in the "Promo Code," "Discount Code," or "Rate Access Code" field. 3. Complete the online Authorization Form, to verify that you employed at a participating Stash Partner Hotel and are eligible to participate in the program.

4. After submitting the online form, a completed copy will be sent to you via email. Be sure to print it and have both you and your manager sign it.

5. Present the printed and signed form at check-in. Without it, honoring the rate is at the hotel's discretion and you may be charged the standard nightly rate.

Be sure to bring the printed Authorization Form, signed by both you and your manager, when you check in to verify that you work at a participating Stash Partner Hotel and are eligible for the program.

If you forget the Authorization Form, honoring the rate is at the hotel's discretion, and you may be charged the base nightly rate.

Participating hotels are expected to offer the Stash Partner Employee Rate at least 75% of the year. However, it may not be available during peak seasons or high-demand dates. If you're having trouble finding availability, don't be afraid to call the hotel directly and ask!

Please note: Some hotels may include taxes and/or property fees (such as a resort, amenity, or facility fee) in the Stash Partner Employee Rate, which can make the $69 USD or $99 CAD nightly rate appear higher.

Yes. You can book up to two rooms at a time, but you must stay in at least one of them during your stay.

No, not all rooms are available for the Stash Partner Employee Rate. Most hotels block certain room types. If you don't see the discounted employee rate of $69 USD or $99 CAD for your selected dates, that room type is likely sold out. But don't be afraid to give the hotel a call and ask!

Please note: Some hotels may include taxes and/or property fees (such as a resort, amenity, or facility fee) in the Stash Partner Employee Rate, which can make the $69 USD or $99 CAD nightly rate appear higher.

You can book up to five consecutive nights (if available) during one stay.

Please note: The Stash Partner Employee Rate may not be offered every night due to limited availability. If this happens, don't be afraid to call the hotel and ask!

No, this rate is just for hardworking employees of participating Stash Partner Hotels. You're welcome to bring friends or family along, but you must be the one traveling and present the Authorization Form at check-in to guarantee the rate. It's your benefit to enjoy!

No, Stash Points cannot be used to pay for stays booked under the Stash Partner Employee Rate. However, you can earn Stash Points based on the room revenue, as long as your Stash ID (email address) is associated with your reservation.

You must be an active employee at a participating Stash Partner Hotel at the time of your stay to receive the Stash Partner Employee Rate. This will be confirmed through your Authorization Form, so if your employment changes, the rate will no longer apply.

All bookings are subject to the hotel's terms and conditions, which will be outlined during the booking process, as well as the program's terms and conditions listed on the Authorization Form submitted at check-in to secure the rate. Be sure to review the hotel's cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
