Find a participating hotel on the Participating Hotels page.
Book using the special Stash Employee Rate code. This code may already be populated when booking via the links on the Participating Hotels page. If not, enter it in the "Promo Code," "Discount Code," or "Rate Access Code" field during booking.
Complete the Authorization Form, print it, and have it signed by your manager.
Present the printed and signed form at check-in.

No, not all rooms are available for the Stash Employee Rate. Most hotels block out certain room types. If you don’t see the discounted employee rate of $69 USD/$99 CAD for your selected dates, that room type is likely sold out.
Please note: Some hotels may include a resort fee in the Employee Rate, which could make the total base rate appear higher.

Be sure to bring the completed, printed, and signed Authorization Form when you check in.

If you forget the Authorization Form, the hotel will charge you the BAR/RACK rate unless you can provide the signed form before checkout.

You can book up to two rooms, but you must stay in at least one of them.

You can book up to five consecutive nights (if available) during one stay.
Please note: The discounted Stash Employee Rate may not be available every night due to availability. -
No, this rate is exclusively for our hardworking Stash Partner Hotel employees. You can bring friends and family, but you must be the one traveling. This is your benefit!

No, Stash points cannot be used to pay for this rate. However, you will earn Stash points based on the room revenue. Just be sure to use your Stash ID (email address) when booking.

While participating hotels are expected to offer the employee rate at least 75% of the year, it may not be available during peak seasons or high-demand dates. If you're having trouble finding availability, feel free to contact the hotel directly for help.

All bookings are subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions, which will be clearly outlined during the booking process. Be sure to check the cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.

You must be an active employee at your hotel at the time of your stay at another participating hotel. This will be confirmed through the Authorization Form.
