The Stash Partner Employee Rates Program is an exclusive benefit designed for participating Stash Partner Hotels. More than just a discount, it's a shared travel perk that gives hotel employees access to nightly rates of $69 USD or $99 CAD at other participating locations. Being part of the program means extending this valuable benefit to your own team, too.

Visit the Participating Hotels page to see which Stash Partner Hotels participate in the Stash Partner Employee Rates Program.

1. Choose a hotel from the Participating Hotels page.

2. Book your hotel of choice using the method listed, either by clicking the provided link or by calling the hotel directly. Some hotel booking links may prompt you to enter the program code in the Promo Code, Discount Code, or Rate Access Code field. Not sure what the code is? Contact us!

3. Fill out the Authorization Form.

4. A copy of the Authorization Form will be sent to your email. Be sure to print it and have both you and your manager sign it.

5. Present the completed Authorization Form at check-in. Without it, honoring the rate is at the hotel's discretion, and you may be charged the standard nightly rate instead.

6. Enjoy your stay!

Bring your printed and signed Authorization Form to check-in to confirm you work at a participating location and qualify for the program.

If you forget the Authorization Form, honoring the rate is at the hotel's discretion, and you may be charged the standard nightly rate.

Participating hotels are expected to offer the Stash Partner Employee Rate at least 75% of the year. It may not be available during peak seasons or other high-demand dates. If no availability appears online, try calling the hotel directly to ask.

Please note: Some hotels include taxes or property fees, such as resort, amenity, or facility fees, in the nightly rates shown on their site. This can make the base rate of $69 USD or $99 CAD appear higher than expected.

You may book up to two rooms per night, but you must be traveling and personally staying in one of them.

Not all room types may be available under the Stash Partner Employee Rate at every hotel. Many hotels exclude certain room types.

If available, you may book up to five consecutive nights at the Stash Partner Employee Rate.

Please note: The Stash Partner Employee Rate may not be offered every night due to limited availability.

No, this rate is just for employees of participating Stash Partner Hotels. You’re welcome to bring friends or family, but you must be traveling and staying at the hotel and present the Authorization Form at check-in.

Stash Points cannot be used to pay for stays booked under the Stash Partner Employee Rate. However, you can earn Stash Points on room revenue as long as your Stash ID (email address) is associated with your reservation.

You must be an active employee at a participating Stash Partner Hotel at the time of your stay to be eligible for the Stash Partner Employee Rate. This is verified through your Authorization Form, so if your employment status changes, the rate will no longer apply.

All bookings are subject to the hotel's terms and conditions, which are outlined during the booking process, as well as the Stash Partner Employee Rates Program terms and conditions detailed in the Authorization Form.
